WARRANTY: NEW RAYYAN WATER TANK FACTORY provides its esteemed customer’s a 12 years warranty by following the below listed terms and conditions.
1) Any claims of warranty shall only be valid if buyers make such claim with in twelve years from the date of purchase.
2) First and foremost condition is the original invoice should be produced at the time of claim.
3) The base where the tank placed on should be level without inclination and also it should be free from protrusions that may damage the bottom of the tank. ( For Both vertical and horizontal Tanks).
4) We highly recommend to our customers that the base should be a concrete one.
5) The bolts fixed to the tank should not be tide too much, so that there would not be pressure on the tank, which may damage it.
6) To prevent water leakage, insulating rubber should be fixed after bolts have been screwed.
7) We advise our customers to make holes with a fast electric drill and avoid using sharp instruments.
8) Guarantee will not be applicable without following the above terms and Conditions. |
